Nova Trailer produce Forest Semi Trailer with Euro standard bunks. We offer our customer Forest semi trailer with different specification like bunks and complete trailer can be produce with S700 MC

Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded by a submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/12 mm bottom or top flat steel and 6 mm hub plate S355JR

These racks are supported by binding with axle beams against being twisted with each other

  • Upper Construction;

There will be hanging rings for fixing the timbers.

MC 700 quality steel supports for the loading of timber

Turkish Brand front Jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity

  • Painting ;

Before the painting, all surface is sand blasted

After sand blasting small parts are cleaned carefully

2 times Epoxy gray is used for first protecting.

2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer

Thickness of painting checked by electronic devices

The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL codes:
